Skilled Nursing
Inspiration Home Health Care provides highly skilled and compassionate nurses on a full/part-time or per visit basis. These nurses work closely with the client, their physician, family members, and care providers to maintain the client’s health, and prevent further illness and injury. Our nurses conduct patient and environment assessments and coordinate care with all team members.
Physical Therapy
Our professionals will try to assess and treat abnormal physical functions of a patient through detailed and effective therapy plans. It is our goal in this service to not only improve the physical functions of the patient affected, but also to completely restore physical functions if possible.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapy services help patients improve their ability to perform essential daily tasks in a safe and secure home environment. The occupational therapists’ main patients are usually those who are injured, ill, or disabled.
Speech Therapy
Through speech therapy, we help clients improve their ability in communicating, swallowing and controlling their muscle problems. Speech therapy focuses on problems of articulation, fluency, voice, resonance, and feeding problems.
Medical Social Services
Our medical social worker helps clients by providing an accurate assessment of the social and emotional factors affecting the patient and their families. They respond to these factors by providing the client and their families with counseling or coordination of community resources.
Home Health Aide/Certified Nurse Assistant
The home health care services we offer depends on what is prescribed by a physician to help with rehabilitation after an illness, injury, hospital stay, or surgery. Our home health aides can also help in managing a chronic medical condition and preventing any unnecessary hospitalization.
Private Duty Nursing
The Private Duty Nursing (PDN) services we have gives patients an individualized and continuous skilled care. Depending on the severity of a patient’s condition, we can give hourly nursing care to ensure that our patients are well taken care of. This is provided through a skilled nurse visit. The intention of PDN is to assist the patient with complex conditions and to develop caregiver competencies through training and education.
Wound Care
Our skilled clinicians are experienced in caring for and managing a variety of wound conditions in order to speed recovery, increase patient independence and comfort, and reduce the incidence of wound recurrence, complications, and infection. We provide care for common wound conditions, including pressure ulcers, vascular and diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, fistulas, and skin breakdown due to incontinence.
